Welcome!

We are delighted to welcome you to the official Award Categories page for the 2025 Greater Shepparton SPC Business Excellence Awards. This year, we’re again celebrating the incredible innovation, dedication, and resilience shown by businesses and individuals across our region.

These awards are your opportunity to shine a spotlight on those making a real difference in our local business community – whether it’s a standout entrepreneur, a long-standing local business, or a rising star. With a range of categories designed to reflect the diverse strengths of our region, there’s a place for every success story.

Below you’ll find a list of all award categories, their descriptions, proud category sponsors, and links to both the online nomination forms and downloadable PDF versions.

How to Nominate

Nominating is easy! Follow these simple steps to ensure your nominee has the best chance of being recognised:

  1. Explore the Categories: Carefully read through each award category and select the one that best fits your nominee. Each category includes a description to help guide your choice.
  2. Provide Comprehensive Information: The more detail you share, the better! Tell us the story behind the business or individual – their achievements, impact, challenges, and values. Real-life examples and specific outcomes help bring the nomination to life. This goes for those who are self-nominating as well – we want to hear all the details!
  3. Choose Your Submission Method:
    – Submit online using the forms linked under each category (Online Nomination Form or Online SELF-NOMINATION Form).
    – Download a PDF version to complete offline and return via email to admin@gsbn.net.au or in person by the nomination deadline.

Anyone can nominate – whether you’re a customer, colleague, business owner, or community member. Self-nominations are also welcome (and encouraged).
